We are committed to making the in-person MSHA Convention accessible to all individuals. If you have a disability, as identified by the Americans With Disabilities Act, and anticipate needing assistance while onsite at the MSHA Convention, please indicate, when registering, the area(s) in which you will need assistance. Once the registration process is complete, you will be contacted by an MSHA Staff member to gather more information about the accessibility accommodations you are requesting.
Requests for reasonable accommodations at our in-person event should be made as early as possible, and well in advance of the event dates, so we may best meet individual needs. We may be unable to fully accommodate requests received after February 1, 2025. Requests made onsite will be fulfilled to the best of our ability; however, resources may be limited.
