Yes, you will need to fill out our registration form to gain access to the event. Please fill in the registration form and choose which ticket option for the convention you'd like, then continue to the payment option.
Registration for the 2025 MSHA Convention is currently open. If you have questions about registration, please email mshaexecutivedirector@showmemsha.org . If you have any questions regarding your membership status, need help with your MSHA account, or want to join MSHA, please email msha@showmemsha.org Full in-person registration covers your attendance for all days of the MSHA Convention, April 3-5, 2025. The full registration fee allows you to: Attend any in-person 1-hour, 1.5 hour, or 2 hour podium presentation or or poster presentation taking place on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Visit the Exhibit Hall, attend Exhibitor Demonstrations, participate in the Social activities, and enjoy free snack breaks and breakfasts provided. Attend the Welcome Party/Exhibit Hall Welcome and the Tailgate/Quest for the Cup. Earn continuing education credit in person sessions. There will be a Virtual Only Registration Option this year! The Virtual Add ($25) can be add to all full convention registrations. One day registrations are not eligible for this add on ticket. This provides access to all pre-recorded sessions (these will be different from the in-person sessions that are offered and will not overlap).
Yes, you can bring a guest to the 2025 MSHA Convention. A guest registration option is available for $25 per day per person. A guest is an accompanying person who is neither an MSHA member (and not eligible to be), nor a related professional, and is attending the MSHA Convention in a social capacity only. Guest registration is offered so that friends or family members of registered attendees may accompany them socially in the Exhibit Hall and at special events and does not include attendance at any education sessions. This guest fee includes access to the the the activities of that day. Guests may not register themselves; guest registrations are affiliated with a fully registered attendee who MUST accompany the guest at all times. Guest passes are an official badge option for MSHA members and related professionals to add onto their registration for individuals who are ineligible for MSHA membership.
Yes, This year with our new event software every attendee will be able to receive a certificate of completion for the sessions they attend even if they do not want their CEs submitted to ASHA.
The 2025 MSHA Pre-Recorded virtual sessions will be available beginning April 6-2, 2025 after the live in-person convention. This will allow individuals who attended the conference in person time to watch all the sessions without any conflicts.
